NOTICE OF 2026 ANNUAL MEETING
The annual meeting of the LLECOA will be held on Sunday, July 5th, 2026 at 1:00pm at the Fire Station, Sinclair, ME.
Members unable to attend the meeting are encouraged to authorize a Board Member or other Member to vote by proxy for them. To authorize this, please either send an email to: William.Egeler@gmail.com, or call (207) 551-5756 and feel free to leave a message. You may also give a written proxy to another camp owner as long as that individual provides the written proxy prior to any vote being taken at the meeting.

The Annual Meeting Package is available for download here and has been sent via email to the Primary and Secondary Members in the current Member Directory.
The Notice is sent via USPS to the Primary Member address only at least three-weeks prior to the Annual Meeting Date.
