Dues

For 2025-2026, Regular Dues are $375.00 plus a Special Assessment of $125.00 for a total of $500.00 per Lot. A letter from the LLECOA President explaining the assessment has been mailed to the address on file for each Primary Member along with an invoice. A late fee of $25.00 will be applied if not received by October 1st.

In order to offer members the option to pay online, and still receive the full dues payment, we pass on the payment processing fees, depending on ACH (using a checking account and routining number) or a credit card. ACH is recommended as it costs less.
